We are thrilled to announce the addition of "Jason Dark: Ghost Hunter" as an upcoming feature in the pages of FANGORIA magazine. Starting in issue #302 (out in March), Fango will be serializing an exclusive new short horror story by contemporary “penny dreadful” writer Guido Henkel, author of the cult "Jason Dark: Ghost Hunter" novellas.
In this five-part tale, the gaslight-era supernatural sleuth Jason Dark stars in “Food for the Dead,” a high concept Gothic mystery with Hammer-esque plotting and dollops of gruesome gore. Here’s the synopsis:
"When Edward Hyde, condemned and executed for his murders and crimes, crawls from his own grave one night, Jason Dark is immediately on the case. Clearly, Dr. Jekyll's potion that has presumedly turned him into Hyde had more side effects than anyone could have foreseen. With an undead corpse walking the streets of London, it is a race against time for the ghost hunter before this supernatural mystery makes newspaper headlines!"
